| Mr Portoraro, first of all I wish to thank you for having accepted me, supported me. You have been the closest to being a second father. I know that I have not been your best student, because of my behaviour and because of my school marks, yet thanks to your reprimands and the conversations that we have had, I can assure you that I have learnt some things more valuable than the English language. Those things are your pieces of advice, morals, proverbs, lessons, philosophy, and many more subjects that you instilled in me. I thank you for having faith in me when I failed. Remember that you will always have your student Javier who will be, each night, praying for your well-being and that of your children James Jr. and Alexa.

Mr Portoraro,
I would suggest that you take my son Javier on a trip. He could personally explain to parents (and above all to the mothers, so as to make them feel confident) the very positive experience of studying overseas. Canada would be best, because it is safe and because you are there. You have experience to educate and give advice to young people; you accept the responsibility regarding their education and behaviour, and you lead them, every day, through a change towards better objectives. Our son Javier says: “Mother, you cannot imagine how mature I am becoming by being in Canada. This is why my brother Brando must come too”.

Me gustaría que se llevara usted a mi hijo Javier de gira, para que él explicara personalmente a los papás, sobre todo a las mamás para que se sientan tranquilas, la experencia tan positiva que es ir a estudiar al extranjero, especialmente a Canadá por su seguridad y con usted que es una persona con tanta experiencia para educar y aconsejar a los muchachos, hacerse responsable de ellos, estar pendiente de su educación y comportamiento y llevarlos a un cambio mas positivo cada día. Con respecto a nuestro hijo Javier, dice: “Mamá, tú no te imaginas lo que estoy madurando estando en Canadá, por eso mi hermano Brando se tiene que venir”.
Que Dios le siga bendiciendo con salud y ánimo para seguir siendo tan buen tutor de los muchachos.
